1. Who processes your data

2. What data I process
- Contact details — the name, e-mail address and phone number you provide when sending an inquiry.
- Document contents — documents you send for quoting and translation may contain personal data (names, dates, ID numbers, etc.).
3. Why I process it
Solely to: prepare your quote, produce the translation you ordered, and communicate about that job. I do not use your data for marketing and do not pass it to third parties, except where the law explicitly requires it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is necessary for steps prior to entering into, and for the performance of, the translation contract.
5. How long I keep documents
I keep source documents and translations for at most after delivery, for possible corrections, and then permanently delete them. On your request, I delete them sooner.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies, collects no visitor statistics and contains no tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which technically transmits your IP address to that service.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and the right to object — an e-mail request is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
8. Security
Documents are stored on password-protected devices and shared with no one. Confidentiality is the foundation of this work — I handled sensitive data to the same standard for 12 years in a public institution.
