1. The service
I provide written translation between Serbian and Croatian, as well as proofreading and text adaptation. Every job starts with a quote provided after I review the document.
2. Quote, price and deadline
The quote states the price and delivery deadline and does not bind you until you explicitly accept it. Pricing depends on volume, complexity and urgency. The deadline runs from acceptance of the quote.
3. Payment
Payment details are defined in the quote.
4. Quality and complaints
The translation faithfully and completely conveys the content of the source document. I accept substantiated complaints within 8 days of delivery and make the corresponding corrections free of charge.
5. Liability
- I am not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the source document.
- A translation is not legal advice, nor a guarantee that a particular authority will accept the document — formal requirements (e.g. certification) are decided by the receiving authority.
- Total liability is limited to the fee paid for the translation in question.
6. Confidentiality
All received documents are treated as confidential, in line with the privacy policy.
7. Copyright
Upon payment of the fee, the economic rights to the delivered translation pass to the client. The content of this website (texts, graphics, logo) may not be copied without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Novi Sad, Serbia.
